Sarah is a qualified Equine Shiatsu Practitioner. She has been practicing Equine Shiatsu for since 2001.Sarah is A registered practitioner with the Equine Shiatsu Association

Sarah has been involved with horses since she was of 8 years old when she began riding. She has owned her first horse Rhapsody since the age of twelve. Rhapsody is still going strong thanks to shiatsu at the age of 27 years. Sarah got involved in Shiatsu because Rhapsody’s fetlock joint became very stiff with arthritis  from an old injury. She was given a book by Pamela Hannay Touching Horses and tried some of the techniques with remarkable results.

Wanting to do more for Rhapsody and other horses she completed her studies in Equine Shiatsu. Along with consultations Sarah now holds regular workshops to enable other horse owners to experience the power of Shiatsu.

Sarah has a strong science and medical background having a HND in Medical Science  firstly working in Pathology specialising in Haematology and also working for the public health in Microbiology.
